There are times when emotions become overwhelming and it’s hard to cope with life.

A counsellor can help you try and make sense of yourself and what is happening to you. A counsellor will listen attentively with respect taking you seriously. 

Safe & Confidential Space

My counselling offers a safe, confidential space where you can explore and work through your difficulties. You will not be judged or criticised. You will be given the time you need to talk things through slowly and steadily. Counselling involves meeting once or twice a week for 50 minutes.

The trust that develops between you and your counsellor can give you the courage to tackle deep-seated issues and bring about lasting changes enabling you to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
